About
I'm Luis Betancourt, a Colombian guitarist, composer and music educator based in the UAE. I hold a B.Mus (Maestro en Música, Universidad de Cundinamarca) and have been admitted to the International Master in Arts and Culture Management at Rome Business School (enrolling 2026).
My playing moves freely between jazz, rock, Latin and classical — the same range I bring to the classroom, from beginner fundamentals to advanced improvisation.
